Q: How can I find out about the hours and admission prices of your shows?

A: We have a few ways to find out this information. You can go to our website at www.rockfinancialshowplace.com and click on our calendar of events. This will give you general information about each show and give you a link to each promoter's website for more specific information. You can also call our office at 248-348-5600 listen for choice # 1 to hear our information hotline.

Q: Do you charge a parking fee and if so how much?

A: Yes we do charge $5.00 to park per day your pass does allow in and out privileges through out the day.

Q: How can I purchase tickets for your shows and events?
-
A: You can purchase tickets for our shows at the Rock Financial Showplace Box Office. We typically open a half an hour before show open. Most of our shows do not offer tickets in advance, for the ones that do please check their individual web sites for that possibility. We accept cash and we have ATM's located in our lobby. No personnel checks, sorry.

Q: Do you offer wheelchairs for your events?

A: Yes we have manual wheel chairs at no charge to use. You would need to make arrangements with our Box Office personnel. You will need to leave an ID or something of value to secure the wheel chair. We do not reserve wheelchairs in advance, it is first come first served.

Q: Do you have lockers, strollers or coat check available?

A: Unfortunately we do not have locker rental, stroller rental or coat check available at this time.

Q: Can I bring my pet with me to a show?

A: As a general rule we do not allow pets in the building.

Q: Does the Rock Financial Showplace allow smoking inside the building?

A: We are a non smoking facility. All smoking must be done outside.

Q: Do you have EMS on site?

A: We use our local 911 system for any medical or other emergences.

Q: Do you have a food area available?

A: Yes we have a full service concession area available for whatever food you might be looking for from healthy salads, soups, pita's and sandwiches all the way to pizza, burgers Ice cream and popcorn. We also have vending machines for your convenience. We do not allow outside food to come into the building.

Q: Do you serve alcohol?

A: With most of our public shows we do serve beer, wine and mixed drinks. We do not allow alcohol brought in by attendees or exhibitors and the alcohol that we sell on site must stay inside the building at all times.

Q: How can I exhibit my business in your shows?

A: Each show that we have at the Rock Financial Showplace is put on by different individual promoters. Go to our calendar of events to get contact information for the show you would like to exhibit in or call 248-348-5600 Ext. 200 during regular business hours (Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm) for contact information.
